Tracey
Tracey has worked in the ADHD community for more than 9 years, offering staff development workshops and parenting courses. She's currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Tracey's passion and focus is helping adults learn more about the strengths of ADHD rather than the challenges.
Throughout her journey, she has seen many parents discover they have ADHD when their children are diagnosed. This often comes with guilt. Furthermore, they need to deal with their children's ADHD and understand their own all at once. That's why Tracey's main area of focus is coaching and setting up routines and strategies better to manage the home and family in an ADHD-friendly way.
Tracey offers realistic and practical support to parents because she strongly believes in working with the ADHD brain rather than fighting against it.
