Annie
Annie is an ICF-accredited executive and ADHD coach. She is proudly ADHD and the parent of an ADHD teen. She is passionate about supporting others with ADHD to succeed.
For Annie, coaching is like a personal and professional growth laboratory. It allows you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and take action on the most important things with the support of a professional coach who understands ADHD.
Annie loves noticing and reflecting back evidence of brilliance with everyone she works with. By working through ADHD triggers and symptoms unique to each person, she helps them identify their strengths and create the most appropriate strategies for each. She offers tools to manage their symptoms and create new habits so they can regain their time, self-esteem, attention, energy, emotional well-being and confidence.
Annie has been coaching for over 8 years. She’s a certified CliftonStrengths™ coach, an Emotional Culture Deck™ practitioner, and is a member of ADDA, ACO, and the International Coaching Federation.
One of Annie’s greatest strengths is motivating people, helping them activate for change and implement new ideas. This has translated into her ADHD coaching practice which is open to everyone with ADHD. Because as she says, “you might have ADHD for life, but ADHD doesn’t need to be a life sentence.”
