Sarah has a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Naturopathy, which has empowered her with a depth of knowledge in therapeutic nutrition and botanical medicine. Followed by a qualification in Personal Training, Sarah’s main strengths come from her passion and innate love for this career.
She loves a natural approach to improving health and wellness and focuses her practice in nutrition and naturopathy. With her support and guidance through nutritional and lifestyle changes, Sarah helps her patients empower their body’s innate ability to heal.
Sarah works and navigates wellness with each of her clients with a personalised plan incorporating small changes to their lifestyles which makes a big difference. Even though natural medicine is a slow process, with the right support, patients develop a healthy mindset and evolve towards a healthier life.
