Meet Abigail
Abigail’s interests span neurodiversity, grief, and somatic work, which is a therapeutic approach focusing on the body's role in psychological health. In addition, Abigail brings unique insights to support students, and the queer community. They also have lived experience of neurodiversity, including dyslexia and dyspraxia, which enables a deep empathy and understanding.
Abigail prioritises establishing a safe environment in counselling so you can explore your thoughts, emotions and personal challenges.
“I've seen firsthand the incredible transformations that come from taking a pause to reflect on our own journey and working together to navigate life's hurdles. It's not just about problem-solving; it's about sharing stories, building connections, and finding strength in our collective experiences”, they explain.
Creativity is a big part of Abigail’s life, as is their love for learning and curiosity about the world. With Abigail, you'll enjoy a respectful and inclusive approach dedicated to understanding and supporting your unique journey, and you’re bound to have some fun and fascinating conversations along the way.
Abigail is completing her NZ registration and degree, and can offer sessions at just $45 until this time.
