You, We and ADHD

Our new Group Coaching Programme is here!

We’re so pleased to launch this special series of sessions so that you don’t have to face the challenges of ADHD alone. Our programme is designed to give you affordable support, understanding, and guidance, especially if you’re just starting your ADHD journey or have been recently diagnosed.

Beehyve founder, Anna Redgrave says she wanted to be able to provide people with a cost-effective way to feel supported while learning about their ADHD and how to manage it.

“Everyone in our team has had to navigate life and even diagnosis themselves, so they understand the many challenges. It’s empowering when you’re accepted without judgement and can let the ‘mask’ drop. We want to ensure everyone has this experience.”

Together, it’s different

We’ve built our group coaching programme on the foundation of connection, inclusion and shared experience. By bringing together like-minds, we aim to create a supportive environment where you can grow your understanding of ADHD, share your personal experiences and gain insights from others. As we’ll have a maximum of 10 people in each group, you'll have the opportunity to genuinely connect. You’ll be guided through a process to help you understand your own ‘flavour’ of ADHD and take an inventory of your challenges and strengths.

We’re different too!

Beehyve’s experts combine years of expertise in the field of ADHD and their own lived experience. Our team is especially excited to be working together on the course and to show how our individual areas of focus can complement the others. You’ll hear from our qualified medical doctor, naturopath and nutritionist, executive coaches and more. Over the course of six weeks, our programme will cover a range of topics including:

  • Understanding ADHD

  • Coming to terms with a diagnosis

  • Options for support and management (medication, diet, exercise)

  • Self-directed strategies

  • Next steps on your ADHD journey

In addition you’ll hear our personal ADHD stories and strategies for managing work, home and family life.

We’ve got you, even if you’re busy

We certainly understand that fitting things in can be difficult so we’ve worked hard to make it easy for you. This online group runs for 90-minutes, once a week for 6 weeks. Our groups are held during the school term, and you can choose to attend the lunch time or evening group. Moreover, the coaching programme is accessible from anywhere in Aotearoa. For the latest available dates and times check out our Group Programmes.

We’d love to get to know you and make this journey with you. To find out more, note your interest for the group on our
